Aslan Mobile Wallet Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: 06/06/2024
These Aslan Mobile Wallet Terms and Conditions (Wallet Terms and Conditions) are in addition to the Aslan Card User Terms, which are available in the Aslan App. Please refer to the Aslan Card User Terms to see the meaning of any capitalised terms not explicitly defined here.
We use the term Wallet to mean a digital payment wallet e.g. Apple Pay or Google Pay. These Wallet Terms and Conditions relate to the adding of your Aslan Card to a Wallet and its use.
Once you have linked your Aslan Card to a Wallet, you can use it anywhere you see a contactless or Wallet symbol. There is a standard limit of £100 for contactless payments. If you are trying to pay more, you may be able to do so with further authentication (e.g. biometrics or passcode) on your device. Your Aslan Card will be debited and you will see the transaction in your Aslan App, as well as your Wallet app.
Please be aware that the card number in your Wallet will be different to the number on the front of your Aslan Card shown in the Aslan App. This means that if you ever want to get a refund from a merchant, the card number from the Wallet is the one you should quote if you paid with it.
We will share anonymised, statistical information with the Wallet provider (e.g. Apple or Google) to develop and improve how the Wallet works. We may contact you about your Wallet use and sometimes these may be marketing messages. If you don’t want to receive marketing messages you can tell us at any time by disabling marketing communications in the Aslan App, contacting our support team, or by following any other instructions we include to unsubscribe.
