No, Aslan does not provide consumer credit. Aslan allows you to pay your employees part of pay as they earn it. There are no interest rates or other credit-related charges associated with this benefit.

We don’t charge employees to use Aslan. Implementing Aslan is cost-effective and straightforward for employers. The generous cashback Aslan provides acts like a cost effective pay rise, combined with the productivity and retention gains within the workforce, so clients see a rapid return on investment. Our team will work with you to tailor pricing based on your company’s size and requirements.
Dynamic limits: We work with our clients during onboarding to set appropriate limits of earned pay that employees can access, usually 30% of what they earn, as they earn it during the month. Employees can then set sub-limits themselves and each day, more is made available, encouraging good budgeting practice.
Responsible delivery: It is structurally impossible for employees to ever owe interest or late fees on the card, because it is not credit.
Free for employees: Aslan is free to use, and we do not even charge for foreign exchange transactions, so employees can earn cashback overseas, at no cost.
Rewarding spend: The Aslan Mastercard is a rewards-based card. When an individual uses their card, they actually earn more money.
